In the next dialog box, enter the user name, company name, and license number,

and click Next.

The license number is written on the label that is attached to the front of the case for the

MW100 Viewer Software Setup CD-ROM.

Select the setup type to install, and click Next.

The default destination to install is [C:\Program Files\Yokogawa Electric Corporation\MW100

Viewer Software]. If you click Custom, you can select the installation location and installed

functions. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Click Install to start the installation.

Click Finish to finish the installation.
