3.10 Saving to USB Flash Memory (/USB1 Option)

Procedure

• Connecting USB Flash Memory

Connect a USB flash memory device to the DX USB port.

After the message, “USB device has been connected.” appears, you can use the USB flash

memory device.

In operation mode, the DX displays selectable memory operations. Use the arrow

keys to select an operation, and then press DISP/ENTER.

Batch Overview Mode

When set to auto save

When set to manual save

Batch Single Mode

When set to auto save When set to manual save

Option Description

All save Saves all the saved data in internal memory to the USB flash

memory device.

Save manual Saves unsaved data in internal memory to the USB flash memory

device.

Data save mode Switches to the DATA SAVE MODE display. For instructions on how

to save data in internal memory to an external storage medium, see

section 4.8 in the User’s Manual.

This option is only displayed when it is available.

* When the DX is configured to display DATA SAVE MODE on the

display selection menu. You can change the options shown on the

display selection menu by using the menu customize function.

Load settings Switches to the setup load display in setting mode. For instructions

on how to load setup data, see section 6.9 in the User’s Manual.

Cancel Closes the operation selection window.
