1. The upstream and downstream piping length has no inuence on the functioning of the instrument.

2. Piping requirements for proper operation :

• A Coriolis mass owmeter can be installed vertically, horizontally or at any angle from the horizontal

position.

• However, the piping must be installed to ensure that the measuring tube is always lled with liquid.

• The position of installation of the detector is arbitrary. A vertical mounting is recommended however.

IMPORTANT

When the following notes are not observed, ow measurements may not be correct and can damage the

instrument. Please make correct piping design in accordance with the present guidelines.

IMPORTANT

Please be careful to install the owmeter not too close to motors, transformers, inverters and other powerand other power

source, induction failure may occur.





The detector RCCS30 to 33 can be mounted on a 2-inch pipe (option /PD) with a bracket and U-bolt assy.
