Enter the user ID, and press DISP/ENTER.

On the left is the DX1000 screen. On the right is the DX2000 screen.

A window for entering the password opens.

Enter the password, and press DISP/ENTER.

If the current password has expired, follow the instructions that appear on the screen to

change it.

A window for selecting Pass or Fail appears.

Note

If a user enters the wrong password and presses DISP/ENTER consecutively for the

specified number of times (the password retry frequency), that user is invalidated and

logged out and can no longer log in. The invalidated user must have an administrator reset

their password to the default, and then the user must follow the procedure under "Logging In

before the Password Has Been Set" in section 2.2 to set a new password.
